Lia is a feminine embodiment facilitator who share somatic practices and meditations to help you live your life deeply rooted, so that you can flourish and bloom, no matter where you are planted.
Her work centres on the energies of the goddesses, seasonal rhythms, and lunar cycles and draws upon her extensive experience with yoga and meditation, which she began in her teens and has used to navigate her life's journey.
She has been teaching yoga and meditation full time since 2017.
Through her offerings, and by sharing the rich mythology and folklore of her heritage, she empowers women to embrace the sacred feminine and author their own destinies.
