Life in Vacant Spaces (LiVS) connects people and ideas with vacant land and buildings across Ōtautahi Christchurch, creating opportunities for creative, community and entrepreneurial projects to take place.
Since 2012, LiVS has helped activate spaces across the city – supporting people to test ideas, create, connect and contribute to the places around them. Our work continues to explore how access to space can help build a more creative, connected and people-centred city.
