Liliana Iuri is the founder of Liliana Jewellery Design (LJD), a Melbourne-based label creating one-of-a-kind, lightweight textile jewellery.
Born in South America, and now living in Melbourne, she is passionate about upcycling and fashion accessories, and about giving new life to sentimental treasures too precious to throw away.
Her designs draw on the colours and textures of the Australian bush, as well as on the culture, music and warmth of Sicily, the land of her ancestors, and her beloved cats -now all gone, but never forgotten.
Compassion is at the heart of LJD: a portion of every sale supports animal welfare.
