Lily Hey, I’m Lily! I’m a scientist, yoga & fitness instructor and mental health advocate.
After spending years trying to control my body through dieting and extreme exercise, I finally came to the realisation that I was focusing my efforts in the wrong place - trying to control how my body looked on the outside, rather than how I felt from within. This inspired a total shift in how I came to move my own body as well as how I taught yoga & fitness classes.
It also led me to the world of digital mental health, where I am now working on building an app to support people in healing their relationship with food and body image. I couldn’t be more excited for the Kind Body Club, a place where we come back to our bodies, nourish ourselves from the inside out and most importantly - have fun!
Mik Hey, I’m Mik! I’m a yoga teacher, facilitator, and community-builder.
For years I struggled with body image and disordered eating, not realising how disconnected I felt from my body. I fell in love with yoga, and slowly started to shift how I approached movement (but tbh life as well!): slowing it down, listening inward, and moving in ways that felt good.
Now, I teach inclusive, somatic practices that blend yoga philosophy, trauma-aware awareness, and the radical act of listening to your body. My hope is to create spaces where people feel safe to explore movement at their own pace and on their own terms. While squeezing in a laugh while at it :)
