I am a holistic life coach, speaker, meditation teacher and chair yoga instructor.
I coach professional women aged 40+ to unlock their hidden potential and pursue their passions so that they can live a meaningful, stress-free life on their terms, thriving at their peak and experiencing a fulfilling life.
After burning the candle in a nine to five corporate job I discovered that I was not living towards my true values and purpose. With 20+ years as a human resources professional, I started my online business as a side hustle and quickly learned that I loved working with likeminded professional women who want to empower themselves to find their purpose in life.
My approach is the brain body approach to managing the stressors in life, work, health, relationships, creativity and finance so you can take control of your life. I will encourage you to adopt simple every day actions to improve your happiness and wellbeing each day – and keep motivated to continue that process.
Most important to me is the lifestyle and impact we choose to create through life. For me, endless freedom of time and travel, afternoons to connect with likeminded family and friends, watching my clients and customers transform into their true selves, and living my values is what makes this my life’s work and calling.
