I've been teaching & practicing yoga & mindfulness for 15 years.

My classes include functional flows, centering breathwork, and are designed to leave you feeling revitalized for the full day ahead. My aim is to help you find your body-mind strength progressively. I provide tailored guidance, to enhance flexibility, and relaxation while rhyming with your little one.

Yoga was a vital tool to reset my burnout and postpartum. I'm passionate about sharing these tools so more mamas can feel well during this wonderful yet demanding phase of parentng.
