Lisa has a keen interest in women’s health and old wise wisdoms along with contemporary approaches to support the seasonal and cyclical nature of woman though the ebb and flow of the life journey.
She has delved into health studies including the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, shiatsu, kahuna massage, Reiki, Pranic healing, OkiDo Yoga,
Womb Yoga, Restorative Yoga and more recently Oncology Yoga and Fertility
Yoga.
Her own journey with endometriosis and endometrial cancer and the reconciliation with her womb-space has imprinted a deep empathy, understanding and reverence for the inherent potency of our sacred wombs and womb spaces (including when a womb has been removed).
Lisa approaches this sacred work with a devotional and deep respect to each belly she connects with.
Lisa also has a background in community development and engagement in the not- for-profit and corporate sectors.
She is a lover of crafting and participating in ritual and ceremony to support women acknowledge and be witnessed as they mark and navigate through important life transitions and events. More offerings to come here.
