Kairongoā | Kairāranga | Cultural Practitioner & Wāhine Wellness Facilitator
Lisa Harding (Kai Tahu, Ngāti Maniapoto) is a dedicated kairongoā (traditional Māori healing practitioner) and kairaranga (weaving artist) who brings a powerful blend of spiritual depth and creative expression to her mahi. Her work honours the natural healing potential of native plants while embracing the storytelling and symbolism embedded in raranga (Māori weaving).
Lisa is deeply committed to the restoration of mana motuhake (self-determination) for wāhine through the reconnection to wairua, whenua, and whakapapa. Her approach is grounded in wānanga, whanaungatanga (authentic connection), and wairuatanga (spirituality), offering a nurturing, culturally safe space for transformation and learning.
Lisa’s dream is to walk alongside wāhine as they reclaim ancestral knowledge and reawaken their personal power through rongoā and toi Māori. Her mahi is a beautiful expression of cultural reclamation and holistic hauora, woven with intention and aroha.
