Alicia’s Pilates journey began 10 years ago at her aunt’s chiropractic clinic, where she taught rehab-based Pilates. Drawn to the way Pilates makes her body feel, she has always had a deep passion for body-weighted movement, making Pilates a natural fit. Fascinated by human physiology and the healing power of physical practice, Alicia went on to teach a mixture of traditional and HIIT mat Pilates at various gyms across Adelaide, refining her own unique style along the way.
Her curiosity about the human body led her to study naturopathy and nutrition at Endeavour College. However, when COVID hit, she realized she wasn’t suited to a desk job—she needed movement to feel fulfilled. She graduated with a Diploma in Nutrition and soon after enrolled in her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training. More recently, she also completed a degree in Viticulture and Oenology, driven by her deep passion for working outdoors in nature and connecting with Mother Earth.
Since completing her initial yoga training in 2020, Alicia has expanded her knowledge by studying Meditation, Yin, Nidra, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Kids Yoga. She is passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and connected to themselves.
Alicia’s classes are creative and strong, always centered around the breath. She hopes students leave feeling empowered and balanced, believing that both Pilates and yoga help us connect with our most authentic selves. She is honored to share the wisdom of these practices with you.
