At Living Whole Yoga & Meditation we are passionate about mind body medicine and working with people of all abilities in where their body and mind is at, knowing this is constantly changing. The foundations of each class begin from a modern hatha perspective and integrate traditional eastern and modern western methodologies with a biomedical evidence informed basis.
