Living Yoga Sanga.

Our centre is host to many different yoga, healing and teaching modalities, presented by our in-house practitioners and a variety of guests. We have offered Om circles over the years to celebrate the Winter Solstice and the transition into the New Year. Since the disruptions of covid-19 and the catastrophic flood of 2022, we're super excited to be offering this again.

Introducing our guest facilitator for this evening...

Is a Multi instrumentalist, producer and Sound therapist. Since 1990 he has been exploring the nature of sound and its therapeutic qualities as a tool for physical & emotional transformation and healing. He facilitates group and private sessions for the general public as well as with people of diverse conditions such as various addictions, anxiety and stress-related symptoms, applying different techniques of vibrational therapy. These sessions are a deeply nourishing experience.

"Avishai’s Soundshower represents a powerful prescription for calming brain activity, lowering blood pressure, and reducing breathing and heart rates, physiologic states that help reverse the damaging effects of today’s world of chronic stress."

"Avishai Barnatan's music uplifts the consciousness of anyone who listens to it. I first met Avishai in Australia in 2013, where I heard him play his music live. After hearing it, I was hooked! I have recommended Avishai's music to many people seeking ways to access deeper levels of consciousness, as it is my hope that by sharing such music, we can change the world!" - http://www.anitamoorjani.com/"... Anita Moorjani New York Times bestselling author of "Dying To Be Me"
