My name is Liz :)
I discovered breathwork in 2022 and was left speechless by its profound ability to help me move through emotion, finding a peace within myself that I had long forgotten.
This modality provided an opportunity to heal myself through a tool I've held since birth and is a resource I can utilise at any place and at any time.
I undertook a training accreditation course with Breathless Expeditions in 2023 first and foremost to deepen my own practice. I believe I can only guide people as far as I have gone myself, and am grateful for the opportunity to support people in experiencing the joy that breathwork has gifted me.
