I spent 15 years studying the human mind — the neuroscience, the psychology, the nervous system science. I trained, I researched, I sat with hundreds of women in clinical settings and watched them work incredibly hard to understand themselves.
And still, something was missing.
Not in them. In the approach.
The missing piece wasn't more knowledge or deeper analysis. It was the body. It was the part of us that holds everything we can't think our way out of — the exhaustion, the disconnection, the quiet sense that we're performing our lives rather than actually living them.
What I do now is the result of years of clinical experience, personal excavation and collecting pieces across modalities that most practitioners keep separate. I brought them together — not because I designed it that way, but because I lived my way there.
This work isn't about adding more to your already full life. It's about coming back to what's already in you.
I work with women who are intelligent, self-aware and utterly exhausted by their own overthinking — women who are ready to stop preparing to live and actually start.
