What most of us REALLY want in life is to be happy. Because there is not one single thing that assures that we need to work out at every single moment what is it that we need next to make us happy. We eventually discover that life is a never-ending quest for happiness. Among the important things that are part of our happiness is health. However, we mostly consider just the physical aspects of it. And we want science behind all that is meant to make our health better!
Not often would I hear people mention mental health as part of their effort for happiness. So I designed this program to introduce you to the science behind good mental health. Over a period of 12 weeks we will not only discover the 4 pillars of good mental health, but also work on building YOUR mental health on solid foundations.
