The passionate founder of Embody Wellness, Lucy is a psychotherapist and yoga, meditation & mindfulness teacher. Lucy uses a Trauma-Informed, humanistic, gentle, and compassionate approach to support individuals on their journey. Lucy aims to support people gain insight into their lives by cultivating an awareness of their experience and relating to themselves (heart, body & mind) through the lens of curiosity and compassion. Reconnecting them to their whole self so they can flourish and grow to live a full and embodied life despite personal challenges.
