Since 2011, Luiz has committed to the Theravāda tradition, later expanding his practice and understanding through the Mahāyāna path. His travels through India and Nepal introduced him to the transformative power of sound meditation—a practice he found to be an effective gateway to stillness, focus, and mental clarity, accessible to both seasoned meditators and beginners from all walks of life.
