Our Aims
To promote sustainable use of our land and water resources
To foster within the community an understanding of Landcare through an ongoing education program
To educate and assist landholders in the management of weeds and animal pests
To encourage landholders to value, protect and enhance natural habitat and biodiversity for indigenous wildlife
To assist in mitigating climate change through informed and active land and animal management
To work collaboratively with our community and government agencies to achieve these aims
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of these lands and waterways that we work, live and travel through. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present and recognise their continued knowledge and skill at managing the landscape and caring for Country that has sustained us for generations.
