Magenta House is a grassroots initiative that explores the caretaking synergies between art, food, communing and experimental practices. Operating inside a domestic residence on Redfern/Gadigal, we produce culturally-vital programs that come alive through collaborative workshops, communal meals, test kitchens, dialogues, book launches, library sessions, and more. We also run an online shop supporting social ventures and independent artisans across Asia and Australia. Established in April 2023 by arts & culture worker Mariam Ella Arcilla, Magenta House is an intimate place to gather, co-nourish, and multiply shared knowledge.
