I am dedicated to helping individuals find self-love and healing through movement, vibration, and sound. Our workshops and 1:1 session provide a safe and attentive space for self-exploration and self-realisation. My mission to help guide those who are experiencing a sense of disconnection from their autonomous sovereignty
I am a certified InnerDance facilitator trained Innerdance global trainer Serena Olsen and completed the Innerdance Energy School program. I have also been fortunate enough received training from Innerdance founder Pi Villaraza
