Maia is a passionate former nurse whose journey spans the UK and Australia. As a former Care Team Manager and Fashion Designer, she is dedicated to igniting meaningful change in aged care and promoting sustainable fashion solutions. After designing a clothing collection following her studies at the Byron School of Fashion, Maia decided to cease production, choosing to be part of the solution rather than the problem. Through her experience, she gained insight into sustainable practices, blending her creative flair with a commitment to honouring our elders and championing sustainability, transforming challenges into opportunities for a brighter future.
