Hi! I'm excited to introduce myself and provide yoga classes in Calhoun County! I've been teaching for over 7 years, have over 300 hours of teacher training! I've trained with leading yoga teachers, including Sadie Nardini. One of my main goals when teaching yoga is to help reduce pain in the body by eliminating pressure on our joints in yoga. As we use our core strength to move through our practice.
I teach multiple styles, but vinyasa is my favorite and most common style.
I live with my number one supporter, my husband, Ryan, our 2 loving and high energized dogs, Damian and Ziggy, and we enjoy hiking, trips to the Gulf, Glamping, Golf and simply relaxing on the deck.
