Rachel currently runs her own successful and thriving private practice, Mama Base Illawarra. Mama Base Illawarra is a holistic therapeutic service connected with multidisciplinary arms. Through Mama Base, Rachel work's closely and collaboratively with local community organisations to provide holistic and evidence-based support to mothers and their families. In addition, Rachel is a free lance writer for a range of parenting media sources and is the author of the children's therapeutic picture book, 'The Puzzle Of Us'. Rachel also provides consultation and peer supervision to a range of practitioners and professionals working with mothers, children and families.
