We belong - in simple being and creating.
Many Arts Studio emerged at the turn of the year 2023/24, from a love of art and community, as well as a commitment to providing trauma sensitive and diversity affirming care.
We are a nurturing space for the artist in each and every one of us, offering arts-inspired psychotherapeutic support for both children and adults, artist-led workshops, open craft circles, as well as emergent creative collaborations with all walks of life who share the hope and responsibility for a reparative future.
We believe that when art/therapy "works well", it nurtures us, opens us to surprises, brightens up our life, frees our spirit, and ultimately, returns us home: to our uniquely intelligent and whimsical self; to the world around us; and to the great mystery of life.
Dear artists (even if you are afraid of being creative or not yet relate yourself to art), we look forward to welcoming you into the studio and for you to make your own artistic marks and discoveries in this shared sacred space!
