Marie Claire Njang is the founder of MindBridge Wellness, a warm, non-clinical wellbeing practice based in Melbourne’s east. With more than 14 years’ experience across mental health, disability, aged care and community services, she has designed and delivered workshops and group programs for community members, families, young people and organisations, from women’s wellbeing groups at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre to Hearing Voices training with Uniting Voices Victoria.
What makes Marie Claire’s work different is that she brings both professional expertise and genuine lived experience. As a mother who has walked the journey herself including solo from pregnancy onward. She understands both the deep joy and the real challenges of being a mum: the love and the overwhelm, the identity change and the moments of isolation. Her approach is warm, human and grounded in real connection, not just theory.
Marie Claire is also a published author — of the children’s book Our Skin Colour, celebrating diversity and belonging, and A Year of Wellbeing, a guided journal that helps people care for their everyday wellbeing throughout the year.
Marie Claire holds a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate IV in Mental Health, and Certificate III in Aged Care. She believes that when we care for a mother’s wellbeing, we care for the whole family — and that every mum deserves a space that’s just for her. 💙
