Martha, a Miami-native, young Haitian-American woman and a nurse by profession, has dedicated the past 10 years to the healthcare industry, focusing on the care of older adults. Her experiences inspired her to enter the business of genuine servitude.
Observing the difficulties many older adults face in finding a place to stay post-hospital discharge, Martha decided to take action and bridge that gap.
With her extensive background in both business and healthcare, Martha has successfully assisted numerous individuals interested in this industry, yielding tremendous results. She has developed a deep understanding of business strategies that foster excellent customer rapport. Consequently, she now coaches individuals from various backgrounds who are interested in entering the ALF industry.
Martha started her ALF business from the ground up. After years of owning and operating her own Assisted Living Facility (ALF), she decided to expand her horizons. Now, she is pioneering as an ALF instructor, aiming to serve the senior adults in the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community, Assisted Living Culture, For the Culture.
