I’m Martin, your host and cider maker at Sunshine Coast Cider. Originally from Switzerland, I come from 25 generations of cider makers, and I’ve carried that heritage to the Sunshine Coast.
Together with my wife Regine, we’ve built Queensland’s only dedicated craft cidery, where we use traditional Champagne techniques and 100% Queensland apples to create something truly special.
