11 years ago, while vagabonding in New Zealand, I was introduced to laughing yoga, unaware of the transformation ahead. Laughing Yoga is a practice that allowed me to get in touch with a sense of child-like playfulness and presence. Back in Australia, I practiced for years before losing touch, facing feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression.
Why did I stop practicing laughing yoga when I am rediscovering that play is essential to my well-being, helping me heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually?
Now, I am choosing to share laughter as a path to authenticity and connection, enabling transformation into the life of others.
Seeing a vulnerable smile or hearing a genuine laughter is what fills my heart with love.
