Our Education & Training division exists to support both the public and professionals in deepening their understanding of complex human experiences. This is not a space for treatment — it is a space for learning. Through educational workshops, supervision programs, talks, seminars, podcasts, and occasional publications, we offer opportunities to reflect, grow, and engage with mental health in ways that are grounded, generous, and real.
We draw on academic research, clinical insight, and lived experience equally — because we believe that good education makes room for all three. We don’t oversimplify, and we don’t apologise for complexity. Instead, we invite thoughtful, curious learners into conversations that matter.
