I’m the founder and owner of Hey Mel! Communication and Training, a small agency with big energy! I founded the business in 2020, after nearly 20 years in corporate communication roles across the corporate, not-for-profit, and government sectors. Along the way I realised my passion lay in building communication capability in others, whether through training and coaching, or developing plans and tools fit for purpose. In short, leading the horse to water AND teaching it how to drink!
