Melanie Dilday from Playful Painting

Melanie Dilday is an experienced and passionate artist who has dedicated her life to fostering a creative and playful atmosphere through her Playful Painting workshops. With over 20 years of experience in teaching, and an innate love for creative exploration, Melanie brings a unique and engaging experience to her workshops.

She believes in the therapeutic connection between art and the soul, often using her paintings as a reflection of her own personal journey. Her passion and enthusiasm for creativity is contagious and instantly creates a safe and creative space for those around her.

Each workshop begins with a clear and exploratory briefing. There will be dancing to loosen us up. Participants get to work on a canvas of their own and let the creative juices flow. Melanie is always happy to provide assistance and to share tips, tricks and suggestions throughout the workshop.

By the end of the session, each individual participant has created their own piece of artwork - a reflection of their own personality and journey! The experience also allows participants to connect with each other and to discuss new ideas and provide feedback.

At the end of the weekend, participants get to take home their work and leave with an appreciation for the creative process. And with pieces created under the very nurturing guidance of Melanie, it’s no surprise that participants in Playful Painting workshops are constantly raving about their time and unique experience
