Melinda Burgess has over 25 years’ experience across the Disability and Aged Care sectors, spanning service delivery, executive leadership, training, and governance. Her background includes assessment and case management roles, senior executive appointments within disability services, and leading organisations through transition to the NDIS.
Over recent years Melinda has worked in training and consultancy, supporting home care providers with registration and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act, and delivering sector-specific workforce training. She is a qualified NDIS auditor.
Melinda also serves as Chair of a community foundation, bringing strong governance and regulatory expertise to the role.
