This space is for sovereign mothers and women who are ready to step more deeply into their sacred feminine gifts within a safe and supportive environment.
I run soul-nourishing events, healing circles, and gatherings inspired by my body of work: The 7 Pillars of Motherhood.
The 7 Pillars came straight from my heart through my own experiences of motherhood.
I’ve moved deeply through the beauty, the grief, the overstimulation, the identity shifts, and the sacred transformation that motherhood brings—and from that, these pillars were born.
My work is devoted to helping women establish self-leadership within the family so they can experience motherhood feeling more whole, nourished, regulated, deeply present, and alive. To help you find those moments of peace, joy, connection, and softness that still exist beneath the baskets of washing, the food on the floor, and the three-day-old mum bun.
I hold space for what is real, raw, tender, and sacred.
My background blends psychology, HeartHealing™, nervous system work, and spiritual embodiment practices to support women through the deep remembering of who they are.
Every offering here is an invitation to slow down, soften, feel more deeply... and brighten the light that you already are.
You are so welcome here.
My young family and protecting my energy for myself and for them is my priority, which means I offer events intentionally and seasonally. If something speaks to you, trust the nudge and come along—it may be a little while before I offer it again.
You may occasionally see a Kundalini Reiki attunement course pop up for those drawn toward energy healing, deeper self-connection, and connection to their higher power.
You can expect to see sacred group containers opening up over time—one focused on the practical integration of The 7 Pillars into your life, and another focused on the deeper healing that allows it all to unfold.
Both are designed to meet you wherever you are in your season, capacity, and journey.
From time-to-time, I also open spaces to work with me one-on-one.
