Based in Christchurch, Kanea is a yoga teacher who is deeply passionate and grateful to share the practice of yoga with others.
Kanea discovered yoga in her early twenties while looking for a way to stretch and recover between CrossFit and HIIT training. What started as a simple stretch turned into a life-changing practice where she experienced the transformative holistic health benefits of yoga and found a grounding balance of peace and self-discovery. Now, after completing her 300hr YTT at NZIHF with Sue Fuller, she is passionate about guiding students to connect inward and find their own balance, relaxation, and energy.
