Michelle has provided professional counselling in Melbourne since 2007 and has been engaged in health and wellbeing practices for more than three decades. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches in her counselling practice.
Michelle is experienced in clinical supervision, communities of practice and learning and development and has extensive experience leading groups and working as a mentor, coach, counsellor and yoga teacher.
She has also developed and facilitated specialist yoga programs for people with chronic pain, illness and injury enabling people to find steadiness in change.Michelle holds a Master of Counselling, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Human Services and a Bachelor of Health Science.
She has completed the Specialist Couples’ Therapy course (Relationships Australia) and Clinical Supervision courses with specialised accredited trainers from Australia and UK.
Michelle also holds a Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy (Swinburne University), a Diploma of Advanced Somatics (Zapchen), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Australian Institute Management) and Yoga Teacher accreditation (Heart of Yoga). Michelle is also a qualified Awakening Joy course facilitator.
