Michelle is an Occupational Therapist, Co-Director of SEED Paediatric Services and is passionate about collaborating with, and empowering individuals, particularly those with neurodiverse needs and the people who support them. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Michelle has developed specialised knowledge and skills and also a reputation for fostering collaborative partnerships and creating innovative solutions that enable people, and organisations, to achieve to their fullest potential.
Michelle continues to be driven by an unwavering belief in the transformative power of Occupational Therapy and brings her refreshingly new insights and wealth of information to those she partners with, which currently includes Anson St School, an SSP, mainstream schools and preschools as well providing clinical intervention with neurodiverse children and their families.
Michelle is passionate about growth, hers and others. She obtained a Masters degree in Adult Education, equipping her with the unique skills to offer continuing education to carers, educators and clinicians, aiming at building their capacity as they support children and adolescents. Michelle also provides mentoring to Paediatric Occupational Therapists and freely shares her insights and experiences on the Spirited Conversations Podcast she co-hosts.
