Amanda is a fitness coach with nearly a decade of experience, helping women with practical, straightforward fitness advice. She simplifies fitness guidance and tools to help women at all stages of life— during periods, pregnancy, menopause, or beyond.
Amanda began her career in 2015, starting out in a gym and progressing to working with clients across Australia. In 2021, she was hired by Anytime Fitness Australia to design programs for their national 8 Week Challenge. During COVID, Amanda focused in on supporting clients online, helping them stay fit and resilient. In 2022, Amanda had her son, Jacob. She experienced firsthand the lack of practical fitness advice for mums that honoured their unique body and experiences.
She now has an online fitness resource library, and focuses on webinars, workshops, and guest-speaking so mums could get the information and tools they need to feel in control and be strong. She enjoys collaborating with people, and working in community-based environments, equipping women with tools that last a lifetime.
