Mikaela Rose’s work is grounded in one simple idea: alignment isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about returning to yourself.
Her path into yoga, breathwork, and facilitation wasn’t planned. What began as personal practices to support her own wellbeing gradually became something she felt called to share with others. Through teaching, Mikaela found that these practices weren’t about perfection or escape, but about creating moments of regulation, awareness, and reconnection in the middle of real life.
As a registered mental health nurse, Breathwork Instructor trained through The Village Training, 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher with All Heart Collective, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher with House of Om, Mikaela brings both professional knowledge and lived experience into the spaces she creates. Her work is grounded, trauma-informed, and centred around nervous system support, particularly for people experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or disconnection from themselves.
After navigating her own experiences with mental health challenges and substance use, Mikaela understands what it means to rebuild slowly and intentionally. Nearly five years into recovery, she continues to approach alignment not as a fixed state, but as an ongoing practice of returning—to breath, body, and presence.
Through Wildly Aligned, Mikaela offers spaces that are gentle, honest, and accessible. Her sessions combine movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and rest in ways that support long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes or intense release.
Her work is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember that even within the chaos of life, there are always ways to come back to yourself.
