We believe anyone needing help should be able to access straight-forward continued support. We are a safe, inclusive, and welcoming service for anyone aged 26 years and older. You can expect your cultural and personal needs to always be respected.
You can expect to be asked ‘how can we help’. We are here to listen. Everyone has their own story, and we want to hear yours. You will guide us in how your care plan is developed and we will support you by co-ordinating and connecting you to the other services you need.
