Minneapolis Cider Company began with a big idea, a little naivety, and a willingness to tip the canoe. What started as a college class project inspired by a love of cider abroad grew into something much bigger. Along the way, we learned that making great drinks—and building something from scratch—aren’t easy, but they’re worth it. Today, we make bold, approachable beverages in a taproom built to bring people together.
