Through breath and movement, I strive to create a safe space for students of all capabilities, to work though discomfort and find deeper bodily awareness. I place importance on integrating yogic practices into daily life through asana, pranayama and meditation. I hope to give my students the tools they need to tackle daily struggles and find more peace and understanding within themselves.
