At Mount Pilates we believe that our movement practices should be mindful and therapeutic.
We offer Studio Pilates which is a dynamic and highly effective form of exercise on a variety of equipment. We use a range of BASI Systems Apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and small equipment to provide feedback and increase body awareness.
Pilates is always a full-body workout. It balances flexibility, strength and mobility work with stability and balance challenges and is therefore very effective in rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as enhancing athletic performance and adaptiveness.
Our classes are small (5 people max) and personalised, run by teachers trained in the full ‘Comprehensive Pilates Method’. We get to know you and your needs individually, so that we can look after you well and optimize the sessions to your goals.
