Murga Madre
Upcoming gig: MURGA MADRE LATIN CARNIVAL - Sunday 22 March @ Open Factory, Reservoir
Murga Madre is an artist collective bringing the magic and spirit of Latin Carnival from Buenos Aires to Australia, adding its own original spin. Rooted in the Argentinean carnival tradition, it blends European, African and Latin influences with the unique rhythm of the drumming bombo, through colour, passion, song and dance.
