Nadia Shaw is a qualified group sound meditation facilitator and has run workshops for over a year. Qualifying in 2022, Nadia is passionate about helping people to access self care and relaxation, in order to live a mindful life.
Nadia is also a teacher and is dedicated to empowering people, and helping them to access their own strength through sound, music and arts.
