Meet Nadine
Nadine Leigh is a breathwork facilitator, Yin Yoga teacher, cacao facilitator and coach, bringing together breath, movement, stillness and ceremony to support a deeper connection with ourselves.
Her approach is grounded in the understanding that change doesn’t need to be forced. Through breathwork and somatic practices, Nadine invites people to become curious about their own experience, listen to their body and explore what becomes possible when there is room to slow down.
Having been supported by these practices in her own life, she shares them with warmth, openness and respect for each person’s individual experience. Her work offers space to soften the pressure to do more or be different, and to recognise the insight and possibility already within.
Nadine is passionate about helping people build a more trusting relationship with their body and breath, through experiences that encourage reflection, self-awareness and connection, both within a session and in everyday life.
