Nash Atkins has grown up around music and believes that music is a force for change, awareness, and connection for human beings in the realms of health, the many intelligences, and wisdom through play and non verbal communication. After seriously studying piano and performing for about 5 years from the age of 7, Nash wanted to play rock music and began to study guitar in a variety of styles, playing in several bands, composing, and recording music. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Nash traveled the east coast offering music workshops for improvisation and communication through music to kids and children alike. Nash and his two companions offered these workshops to rehab centers, kids camps, youth centers, yoga studios, montessori and waldorf schools, festivals, and more. In recent years Nash has been living in Greenfield, Massachusetts with his 8 year old daughter Aurora, whom he homeschooled for two years. Now Nash gives sound healing sound baths, puts on immersive music events, DJ's , produces music, assists with festivals, and plays with bands such as Incus, Konvergenz and others, as well as teaching music lessons.
