Nat Hawley is the founder of Divergent Thinking, a UK workplace-neuroinclusion consultancy helping organisations turn good intentions into practical, evidence-informed action.
Nat is an award-winning neuroinclusion consultant and TEDx speaker with an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London and lived experience of autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia. He has delivered hundreds of talks and workshops across corporate, public and education settings, including work with HSBC, Disney, Universal Music UK, UCL and NHS teams. In 2026, he received the Making a Difference Award (Independent) at the National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards.
His sessions translate research and lived experience into practical steps people can use straight away—across recruitment, onboarding, communication, management, adjustments and inclusive culture. Webinars are designed to be accessible: cameras and microphones are optional, live automated captions are available, and everyone who registers receives the recording.
