Nathan Tomarchio is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, CHEK Level 1 Practitioner and Certified Guide with The Foot Collective, as well as the Head Coach at PrimalThenics in Brisbane. With over a decade in the allied health and wellness industry, Nathan's passion for holistic health led him to study through the CHEK Institute, deepening his understanding of physiological load, stress and musculoskeletal imbalances. He blends lifestyle interventions with corrective exercise and conditioning to improve posture, core function and overall strength and stability. As a Guide with The Foot Collective, Nathan helps people rebuild strong, resilient feet and reconnect with natural movement from the ground up. At PrimalThenics, he helps to lead the coaching team, combining these principles with animal flow and calisthenics. He also works with youth state hockey players and the junior national swim squad on their strength and conditioning, and is trained in Exxentric flywheel training, using eccentric overload to build strength, power and resilience in athletes. Over the past 3 years, he has facilitated classes and workshops across Australia and the UK on foot and balance training, rope flow, animal flow and corrective exercise. Outside of coaching, Nathan loves the outdoors and travel, and is passionate about reconnecting people back with nature, like-minded communities and holistic living.
