The Nelson AI Sandbox (NAIS) has been created as a not-for-profit charitable trust, running a store-front discovery space in the Nelson CBD where anyone can have a free hands-on AI experience and learn about AI and its applications.
The Nelson AI Sandbox has received a Rātā Foundation grant to help the region’s not-for-profit organisations navigate the complexities of artificial intelligence (AI).
This initiative will help organisations develop AI policies, understand key ethical and safety considerations, explore practical uses of AI, as well as facilitate an overall understanding of AI today.
We build communities through educating anyone about AI - whether a community organisation, individual, business or student we are available to book a session or can offer bespoke learning opportuities.
