I founded My Friend in Sex Ed because I believe in the power of authentic, accessible conversations about disability and sexuality. When I'm not running workshops or working alongside clients, you'll find me crafting, journaling, and probably drinking too much coffee!
As someone who navigates RSD and Imposter Syndrome as a neurodivergent professional, I know how valuable it can be to have a safe space to process our professional experiences.
