Hi! I’m Niamh (pronounced Neeve), a Developmental Educator and Sexologist who loves creating gentle spaces for reflection, learning, connection, and the kinds of conversations people are often told are too awkward or hard to have.
I founded My Friend in Sex Ed because I believe authentic, accessible conversations about disability and sexuality matter, and that learning feels better when people feel safe, curious, and able to show up as themselves. I love creating creative spaces to explore all things identity, reflection, connection and more.
When I’m not running workshops or working alongside clients, you’ll usually find me crafting something, journaling, making DIY values t-shirts, or drinking what is almost definitely too much coffee.
