Niamh is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Anam Alignment Method™ practitioner, with a deep passion for creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and come home to the body.
Originally a primary school teacher, Niamh’s own journey into breathwork and embodied healing led her to train with Anam Collective, completing both her Breathwork Facilitator Training and advanced Anam Alignment Method™ training.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive and deeply grounded in safety. Through breath, somatics, nervous system awareness, movement and embodied practices, Niamh supports people to soften out of the thinking mind and reconnect with what is happening beneath the surface.
She is the founder of Aerat.e Breathwork and facilitates both individual and group experiences, bringing warmth, presence and genuine care into the spaces she holds.
